Doctor Site Care offers hands-on edits, but a website built on outdated design layouts won’t impress modern patients who expect a sleek, mobile-first experience. If your current site looks like it was designed a few years ago and you’re tired of paying bloated fees for hidden pricing tiers, it’s time for an upgrade.

ChiroPage gives you ultra-modern, high-converting templates powered by lightning-fast infrastructure. Same hands-off, done-for-you edits—but with the modern aesthetic your practice deserves, locked in at one flat, transparent price.

How to Cancel Doctor Site Care

If a doctor is transitioning from Doctor Site Care to ChiroPage, the process is generally straightforward since they use standard billing portals, but they still require proper cancellation documentation.

  • Step 1: Cancel via the Billing Portal. Because Doctor Site Care uses a client portal, you can log directly into your dashboard at portal.doctorsitecare.com. Navigate to your active subscriptions and submit a formal cancellation request.

  • Step 2: Backup the Notice via Email. To avoid automated “accidental” re-billing, drop a quick line to their support team via your account dashboard or contact email stating:

“I have submitted a cancellation request for my subscription. Please ensure auto-renew is disabled and provide confirmation of my final billing date.”

  • Step 3: Get Your Domain Key. If Doctor Site Care holds or manages your domain name registrar, submit a support request ticket titled “Domain Unlock & EPP Request” stating:

“Please unlock my domain [Insert Your Website URL] and provide the EPP/Auth code so I can transfer it to my new hosting team.”

  • Step 4: Send the Code to ChiroPage. Once you get that string of text, pass it to ChiroPage. We will build your brand new modern template first on a private link, and only launch it live when you say the word—guaranteeing zero downtime for your patients.
