How to Cancel Perfect Patients

Perfect Patients handles cancellations much more professionally, but they do require a strict digital paper trail and advance notice.

  • Step 1: Give Your 30-Day Notice. Perfect Patients requires a 30-day written notice before your next billing cycle. Send an email directly to [email protected] stating:

    “I am writing to formally give my 30-day notice to cancel my subscription services effective [Date]. please confirm receipt.”

  • Step 2: Request the Transfer Form. In that same email, explicitly ask for their Domain Transfer of Ownership form.

  • Step 3: Collect the Auth Code. Once they process your final billing statement and form, their support team will unlock your domain and email you your EPP/Auth code.

What Do I Do Once I Have My Auth/EPP Code?

Once you have that code, you can breathe a sigh of relief. The heavy lifting is behind you, and we take over completely. Here is exactly how we launch your new site safely:

  • Step 1: Choose Your Template & Let Us Populate It: You select one of our premium, high-converting chiropractic layouts. Then, our team takes your practice’s specific information—like your bio, office hours, and contact details—and plugs it into the template on a private preview link.   • Step 2: You Approve the Private Preview: You’ll get a private link to look over your new ChiroPage site, test the contact forms, and make sure everything looks pristine.

  • Step 3: Hand Over the Code: Once you give us the final green light on the design, you send us your Auth/EPP code. We will transfer your domain into our portfolio safely. We never charge domain fees—transferring and hosting your domain with us is 100% free.
