Save Time With Your Paperwork
Fill out your new patient forms at home and bring them with you, or arrive a few minutes early and we will help you.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare and Aetna. Call us and we will happily check your coverage before your visit.
New Patient Special
First day examination, X-rays if necessary, and report of findings for $40.
